What personal data I collect and why I collect it.
Contact
We collect the information you submit in an email. The content of the email will only be retained if we do business together. Otherwise it will be deleted, usually no later than one month after we receive the message. Additionally, if we start doing business, there is the likelihood we will need to chat on a phone call. Any pertinent information will be collected, solely for the purposes of completing your project and administering invoices.
Cookies
Some third-party services use cookies and some basic information is collected in cookies. We do not use the information in the cookies to personally identify you. For example, we may use Google Analytics to monitor how much traffic our website receives.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, adverts, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. We do not collect that information.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to monitor how many site visitors we get, along with other statistics. You can find more information about this on the Google Analytics website.
Who we share your data with

How long do we retain your data

If we are doing ongoing business then we will need to retain your data in order to fulfil the needs of our business. E.g. Invoicing, contact details, etc. This data may be retained for years solely for the purpose of doing tax returns to HMRC, who may ask to see invoices.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where do we send your data
We do not send your data anywhere by default. We would only send information to legal authorities, if requested. E.g. Law enforcement or HMRC.
